For over 25 years he has facilitated personal and collective transformation – offering coaching, training, group process & conflict facilitation in North America, Europe and Asia. A CNVC Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and a Level 1-3 trained Internal Family Systems practitioner, Karl has also undergone intensive training in Process Work with Arnold Mindell, Collective Trauma facilitation with Thomas Hübl, and Aletheia Coaching.
